Hello Zahir,
Frontpage can work, especially some of the latest versions, older versions are known for adding non standards compliant code to templates. To check if your version of Frontpage can work, make a copy of the esellout template and open it with Frontpage, make a change to the template's text and save it, compare the saved file with the original, and if you notice additional code your version will not work.
At some point you will need to edit your template .html and .css files with an html editor with syntax highlighting. Some good ones are: ConTEXT and HTML Kit.
