Canaca review

Hello Edgard, I was in a worst situation than yours with my previous host canaca.

They advertise alot on google and one day I clicked on an ad. Canaca plans looked like a real bargain, 200gb of bandwidth and 10gb disk space for $3.95 per month if you pay 2 years in advance.

I decided to move on, the first two months went smoothly (traffic less than 1.5gb/month), but suddenly in the third month (traffic about 2.7gb) they suspended the site without letting me know, when I contacted support they alleged server overload by php scripts.

I cancelled my account immediately, by the way it wasn't easy. You know the old saying "If it looks to good to be true..."

I have heard bad things about them, although I haven't tried I have clicked on google and other sites, a few times, on their ads looking for more information about their offer. Glad you have posted this review. It'll help many people.

I cancelled my account immediately, by the way it wasn't easy.

I spent ALL day today trying to cancel my account with them. I would rather cut my leg off then go through that again.

They speak english but you can't understand them. They don't have a clue what they are doing. They just want to waste your time and I think they get a laugh out of it. What they tell you to do makes no sense, finally I phoned screaming at them and they then told me my account had been closed this morning. Guess they forgot to mention that in the other 3 calls I made and 5 e-mails they sent me.
